How can I register for the Convention?
You can register online at this site by clicking the book now button to the right of this page.
How much does it cost to attend?
REC Member Standard: £295.00 + VAT
Non Member Standard: £499.00 + VAT
Will I receive a confirmation?
A confirmation email will be sent to the contact email provided on your booking form.
Are there discounts on multiple registrations?
Yes, for groups of 5 or more bookings made at the same time, from the same organisation. Please call on 020 7324 2771 for further info.
Will speaker presentations be available at the Convention?
These will not be provided in delegate packs due to the sheer volume. Most presentations, where a speaker has given permission, will be available on the website after the convention through a secure link.
When do I need to pay for the Convention?
All bookings must be paid for before the event.
How can I pay for the Convention?
You can pay by BACS, credit card or cheque (please make cheques payable to REDACTIVE EVENTS LIMITED).
How many delegates usually attend the Convention?
We are expecting over 250 delegates, exhibitors and sponsors to attend the Convention.

What should I wear?
The dress code is business attire.
Are there any discounted hotel rates available?
Yes, there are discounted rates available at the Lancaster and at hotels nearby.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any special dietary or access needs. Any requests made at the Convention may not be able to be catered for.
When will I receive joining instructions for the convention?
All joining instructions will be sent via email two weeks prior to the event. Information regarding the programme, speakers, venue and accommodation can be found on this site.
When will I receive my delegate pack and name badge?
You will receive these at the registration desk on the day of the Convention.
What are your cancellation and substitution policies?
Any bookings cancelled less than 2 months but more than 1 month prior to the event must pay 50% of the total fee. Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to the event will be charged 100% of total fees.
I can’t attend, but would like a copy of the speakers’ presentations from the covention.
Delegate packs, including convention handbooks and speaker presentations, can be purchased after the conference for £100 (+ VAT and P&P). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a pack.
